The Work is called Towne Park and shall consist of site preparation, construction fencing, temporary soil erosion sediment control measures, site removals and clearing, structure demolition, earthwork, excavation, and grading, stormwater & sanitary sewer utilities, electrical service utilities and lighting, cast-in-place concrete foundations and footings, stone masonry, playground equipment on pour-in-place rubber surfacing, restroomshelter building, bandshell and stage structure, open-air shelter, trellis structure, site furnishings, pedestrian asphalt, concrete paving, specialty brick paving, trees, shrubs, low plant material, and turf seeding.

Work will include removals, earthwork operations, concrete curbs and paving, site furnishings, signage, playground equipment, splash pad, play surfacing, utilities, fencing, sod, planting, and subdrainage.

The project consists of the renovation of David Park. The new features in-clude new parking lot, play equipment, soccer fields, basketball courts, trel-lis, skateboard park, renovation of the existing restroom facilities, concrete plaza and paths, stage, viewing lawn & plantings.

Work will include temporary soil erosion and sediment control measures and maintenance, earthwork operations, crushed limestone paving, asphalt paving, concrete paving, curbs and footings, chain link fencing and gates, netting, sport court surfacing and striping, shelter installation, dugout installation, sports equipment installation, play equipment installation, play surfacing - engineered wood fiber, storm utilities, new electric service, shelter light and outlets, field irrigation, landscape planting, and turf grass seeding.
