Phase One: Work will include site clearing, erosion control, earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete footings and paving, stone veneer retaining wall, picnic shelter installation, and turf grass seeding. Phase Two: Work will include concrete foundations and paving, floating kayak launch and fishing pier installation, driven piles, shoreline improvements, native plantings, turf grass seeding, and landscaping.
