The Work is called Towne Park and shall consist of site preparation, construction fencing, temporary soil erosion sediment control measures, site removals and clearing, structure demolition, earthwork, excavation, and grading, stormwater & sanitary sewer utilities, electrical service utilities and lighting, cast-in-place concrete foundations and footings, stone masonry, playground equipment on pour-in-place rubber surfacing, restroomshelter building, bandshell and stage structure, open-air shelter, trellis structure, site furnishings, pedestrian asphalt, concrete paving, specialty brick paving, trees, shrubs, low plant material, and turf seeding.
