This work includes: site preparation, construction fencing, temporary soil erosion sediment control measures, site removals and clearing, earthwork, excavation, and grading, stormwater utilities, electrical service utilities and lighting, cast-inplace concrete foundations and footings, open-air shelter, playground equipment on poured-in-place rubber play surfacing, site furnishings, asphalt paving, concrete paving, trees, shrubs, low plant material, and native and turf seeding.
