Shiloh Park

The project will be constructed under two separate bid packages with the intent of awarding two separate Owner/Contractor Agreements to a single Contractor. The lowest bid will be determined by reference to the combined base bids of each project, combined base bids plus any accepted alternates, or any combination thereof as determined by the District to be in its best interests. The work in both bid packages will be constructed simultaneously.
