Centennial Park Inclusive Playground

The Lemont Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for Centennial Park Inclusive Playground. Work
will include removals, earthwork, concrete curbs, concrete paving, stone outcropping, play equipment
installation, poured-in-place rubber surfacing, artificial turf play surfacing, planting, and seeding, and sub
drainage.
Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available after
10:00 A.M. on March 29, 2021 from Accurate Reprographics 2368 Corporate Lane, Suite 100, Naperville,
Illinois 60563, 630.428.4433 www.hitchcockplanroom.com. Bidding documents are available at
the non-refundable cost of reproduction.
Bids will be accepted at the Lemont Park District, 16028 W. 127th Street, Lemont, Illinois 60439, during
regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor’s name
and address, and “Centennial Park Inclusive Playground” on the face of the envelope. Bids must be received
no later than April 14, 2021, 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened on April 14, 2021, 1:00 PM at the
Lemont Park District, 16028 W. 127th Street, Lemont, Illinois 60439. All bidders will be required to
submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond per the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the
Lemont Park District.
