Human Kinetics Park

Work will include
site clearing, erosion control, earthwork, storm sewer, electrical, asphalt paving, concrete footings,
paving, and curbs, decomposed granite walks, sport court surfacing, engineered wood fiber play
surfacing, playground installation, splash pad installation, picnic shelter installation, site furnishings,
fencing, timber garden plots, stone masonry, turf grass seeding, and landscaping.
Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available after
10:00 AM on November 17, 2020 from Accurate Reprographics 2368 Corporate Lane, Suite 100,
Naperville, Illinois 60563, 630.428.4433 www.hitchcockplanroom.com. Bidding documents are available
at the non-refundable cost of reproduction for each bid package.
Bids will be accepted at the Champaign Park District, 706 Kenwood Road, Champaign, Illinois 61821
during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor’s
name and address, and “Champaign Park District, Human Kinetics Park,” on the face of the envelope.
Bids must be received no later than 10:00 AM on December 8, 2020. Bids will be opened on December 8,
2020 at 10:00 AM at the Champaign Park District, 706 Kenwood Road, Champaign, Illinois 61821. All
bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier’s
Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Champaign Park District. No proposals or
bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check.
