Bids will be accepted at the City of Highwood, 17 Highwood Avenue Highwood, IL 60040, during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor’s name and address, and “Bid for Everts Park Final Design,” on the face of the envelope.
