Park East Phase One

Work will include site preparation, construction fencing, temporary soil erosion sediment control measures, site removals and clearing, earthwork, excavation, and grading, stormwater utilities, electrical service utilities and lighting, cast-in-place concrete foundations and footings, playground equipment on engineered wood fiber surfacing, site furnishings, asphalt paving (pedestrian and vehicular), asphalt patching, color coat and striping, concrete paving, chain link fencing and gates, chain-link backstop, trees, shrubs, low plant material, native seeding, native plugs, and turf seeding.
