11:00 A.M. on January 14, 2021 from Accurate Reprographics 2368 Corporate Lane, Suite 100, Naperville,
Illinois 60563 630.428.4433 www.hitchcockplanroom.com. Bidding documents are available at the
non-refundable cost of reproduction.
Digital bid submissions will be accepted at www.hitchcockplanroom.com Bids must be received no later
than February 4, 2021 10:00 A.M. Bids will be opened on February 4, 2021, 10:00 A.M. via online meeting.
Bid results will be distributed to the plan holders after opening. All bidders will be required to submit
Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the
Base Bid, payable to the Lombard Park District.
The successful bidder, as determined by the Lombard Park District, shall be required to pay, and to agree
to pay no less than the Prevailing Rate of Wages for the locality of the Lombard Park District, to each
laborer worker, or mechanic needed or used to complete the work as detailed in the contract to be let.
The Lombard Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals,
or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn
until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Lombard
Park District. The Lombard Park District encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project
and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies,
