Everts Park Final Design in Highwood

Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available after 10:00 AM on September 9, 2020 from Accurate Reprographics, https://www.hitchcockplanroom.com/, 2368 Corporate Lane, Suite 100, Naperville, Illinois 60563, phone 630-428-4433 for the cost of reproduction. Refer to Section 000100 “Invitation to Bid” for information regarding the pre-bid meeting.

Bids will be accepted at the City of Highwood, 17 Highwood Avenue Highwood, IL 60040, during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor’s name and address, and “Bid for Everts Park Final Design,” on the face of the envelope. Bids must be received no later than 10:00 AM on September 30, 2020. Bids will be opened at 10:01 AM on September 30, 2020 at the City of Highwood, 17 Highwood Avenue Highwood, IL 60040. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cash-ier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the City of Highwood.
