Glenn’s Park and Quail Park

The Village of Bradley does hereby invite sealed bids for Glenn’s Park and Quail Park. Work will

include site clearing, earthwork operations, temporary fencing and erosion control, asphalt paving,

concrete curbs and paving, storm sewerage, playground equipment installation, playground surfacing,

pavilion structure installation, chain link fencing and gates, site furnishing installation planting, turf grass

seeding, drainage improvements.

Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available after 5

P.M. on March 20, 2024 from Accurate Reprographics, 2368 Corporate Lane, Suite 100, Naperville, Illinois

60563, 630.428.4433, www.hitchcockplanroom.com. Bidding documents are available at the nonrefundable

cost of reproduction.

Bids will be accepted at the Village of Bradley Public Works, 210 East Broadway, Bradley, Illinois 60915

during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the

Contractor’s name and address, and “Bid for Glenn’s Park and Quail Park, Village of Bradley” on the

face of the envelope. Bids must be received no later than 10:00 A.M. on April 10, 2024. Bids will be

opened on April 10, 2024, at 10:05 A.M. at the Village of Bradley Public Works, 210 East Broadway,

Bradley,

Illinois 60915. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified

Check, Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Village of Bradley. No

proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check.

The Village of Bradley reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or

to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until

a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Village of Bradley.

The Village of Bradley encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project and the successful

contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and

construction.
