Arroyo Trails Park Phase III

The Channahon Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for: Arroyo Trails Park Phase III Improvements
Project. Work will include picnic shelter installation.
Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available after
10:00 am on March 29, 2021 from the Accurate Reprographics, www.hitchcockplanroom.com 2368 Corporate
Lane, Suite 100, Naperville, Illinois 60563, (630) 428-4433 for the cost of reproduction.
Bids will be accepted virtually at www.hitchcockplanroom.com. Bids must be uploaded no later than
10:00 am on April 12, 2021. Bids will be opened at 10:00 am on April 12, 2021 via online meeting. Bid
results will be distributed to the plan holders after opening. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security
in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Channahon Park
District. In lieu of a Bid Bond, a Certified or Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable
to the Channahon Park District, will be accepted.
