Four Seasons Park Tennis Court Refurbishment
The Village of Shorewood does hereby invite sealed bids for Four Seasons Park Tennis Court Refurbishment.
Work will include earthwork operations, asphalt paving and color coat, concrete walks, pickleball
post and net installation, and chain link fence installation.
Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available after
10:00 am on January 15, 2021 from the Accurate Reprographics, www.hitchcockplanroom.com, 2368
Corporate Lane, Suite 100, Naperville, Illinois 60563, phone (630) 428-4433 for the cost of reproduction.
Digital Bid submissions will be accepted at www.hitchcockplanroom.com. Bids must be received no later
than 10:00 am on January 29, 2021. Bids will be opened at 10:00 am on January 29, 2021 via online
meeting, results will be distributed to plan holders via e-mail after the bid opening. All bidders will be
required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable
to the Village of Shorewood.
The Village of Shorewood reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals,
or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn
until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Village of
Shorewood. The Village of Shorewood encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project
and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment,
services, and construction.
