Dorothy Drennon Park

Work will include site clearing, erosion control, earthwork, storm sewer, electrical, asphalt paving walking path,
concrete footings, paving, and curbs, porous unit paving, artificial turf play surfacing, playground
installation, picnic shelter installation, green roof modules, site furnishings, rain garden planting, native
seeding and maintenance, turf grass seeding, and landscaping.

Bids will be accepted at the Oakbrook Terrace Park District, 1S325 Ardmore Avenue, Oakbrook Terrace,
Illinois 60181 during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with
the Contractor’s name and address, and “Oakbrook Terrace Park District, Dorothy Drennon Park,” on the
face of the envelope. Bids must be received no later than 10:00 AM on June 19, 2020. Bids will be
opened on June 19, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Oakbrook Terrace Park District, 1S325 Ardmore Avenue,
Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois 60181. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid
Bond, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Oakbrook
Terrace Park District. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check.
