The Town of Normal will receive sealed bids for the following:
MAXWELL PARK OSLAD GRANT RENOVATION
Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Maxwell Park OSLAD Grant
Renovation” with the time and date of the opening, which will be February 2, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the
Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761. Work will include site clearing, earthwork operations, storm
sewer, ballfield backstop wall, asphalt paving, concrete curbs, walks and paving, and seeding. This is a prevailing wage
project.

reproduction for each bid package. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified
Check, Cashier’s Check in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid, payable to the Town of Normal.
