Odlum Park – Park Improvements

The Roselle Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for Odlum Park – Park Improvements. Work
will include site clearing, earthwork operations, asphalt paving, concrete curbs, walks and paving, site
furnishings, playfield equipment, planting and seeding, chain link fencing, and subdrainage.
Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available after
10:00 AM on January 11, 2021 from Accurate Reprographics, 2368 Corporate Lane, Suite 100, Naperville,
Illinois 60563, 630-428-4433 www.hitchcockdesigngroup.com. Bidding documents are available
for download and print at the non-refundable cost of reproduction.
Bids will be accepted at the Roselle Park District, 10 N. Roselle Road, Roselle, Illinois, during regular
office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor’s name and
address, and “Bid for Odlum Park – Park Improvements” on the face of the envelope. Bids must be received
no later than 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on January 27, 2021 at the Roselle Park District, 10
N. Roselle Road, Roselle, Illinois 60172. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form
of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Roselle Park District.
