Arroyo Trails Park - Phase II

Work will include site clearing, earthwork operations, asphalt paving, concrete curbs, walks and paving, site furnishings, playground equipment installation, planting, and seeding.

Bids will be accepted at the Channahon Park District, 24856 W Eames Street, Channahon, Illinois 60410, during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor’s name and address, and “Bid for Arroyo Trails Park Phase II,” on the face of the envelope.

All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Channahon Park District. In lieu of a Bid Bond, a Certified or Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Channahon Park District, will be accepted.

The Channahon Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Channahon Park District. The Channahon Park District encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies,equipment, services, and construction.
